More about Jim Rivers
From the woods to your home, Jim Rivers sometimes battles rattlesnakes and wild hogs to get deep into the woods to operate his mobile saw mill. Each tree is cut into sizeable logs and then slabbed. The slabs are seasoned and eventually made into solid, beautiful and functional furniture and mirrors … all one-of-a-kind and handcrafted with skill. Each piece is a unique work of art. Jim grew up in Rhode Island and now resides in St. Augustine with his wife. He has considered retiring but simply can’t give up the woodworking that he loves.
